Marcus Junius Silanus Torquatus

Marcus Junius Silanus was a great, great-grandson of Augustus. He was also was the second cousin to the Emperor Nero.

Marcus was born after, the death of Augustus in 14AD. His mother Aemilia Lepida was the great grand-daughter of Augustus. Aemilia's mother was Vipsania Julia Agrippina, daughter of Augustus' daughter Julia Caesaris from her second marriage to Marcus Vispanius Agrippa. He was the namesake of his father and he came from a ancient family.
