Jeanne-Le Ber is the name of a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada. Its population is 103,092. (2001)

Geography

The district includes the former City of Verdun, Saint-Henri, Little Burgundy, and Pointe-Saint-Charles and the eastern part of Côte-Saint-Paul in the Sud-Ouest borough in the City of Montreal.

History

The electoral district of Verdun--Saint-Henri was created in 1996 from Verdun--Saint-Paul and part of Saint-Henri--Westmount. The name was changed to Verdun--Saint-Henri--Saint-Paul--Pointe-Saint-Charles in 2000 and to Jeanne-Le Ber in 2004.
