Anti-authoritarian

Anti-authoritarianism is the belief that communities should have the right to govern themselves and not be ruled by an outside force. They should make the decisions that affect them and not someone else.

It is closely associated with anarchism and was a commmon belief among the Founding Fathers of the United States.
