1. Sections should be 4-6 micron thick.

2. Thaw at room temperature and dry for 30 minutes.

3. Fix in acetone (-20 °C) if the section has not been fixed.

4. Wash with PBS 3 x 3 minutes.

5. Proceed as for paraffin sections.
